We are happy to invite you to our first workshop in Berlin:
Learn how to make your own ginger beer or ginger ale!
Date: Tuesday, June 20th 2017
Time: 7 - 9 PM
Place: Fillimur, Reichenberger Str 147, 10999 Berlin
Price: 30€ (workshop materials and probiotic snacks included)
Learn how to make a real ginger ale, non-alcoholic or even a slightly-alcoholic 'beer' (1-5%alc +) the natural way, through wild and cultured fermentation! In this interactive and informative workshop Alexis of Edible Alchemy helps us brewing our own fizzy ginger beer that we can easily reproduce at home. Furthermore she will give us a general introduction to probiotic fermentation: through taste, touch, sight, smell and discussion we will explore the fascinating microbiological processes that turn roots and spices into effervescent and probiotic beverages.

The event includes a probiotic snack and soda bar, plus a DIY ginger beer station so you can take home your very own ginger ale/beer. All materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own jar and/or a flip-bottle if at hand. Spots are limited, so please register here soon as it's first come, first serve... Questions? Email us at contact@heads-up.cc
Workshop hosted by heads up! magazine, Edible Alchemy and Fillimur
